Dr Kesselman has assembled a dedicated team of experienced licensed medical aesthetic professionals, committed to helping you achieve your best look and feel. With a wealth of industry experience, his team delivers exceptional care and the highest quality outcomes to each and every patient. We believe in the power of active listening by understanding each patient's unique needs and aesthetic aspirations. Based on this insight, Dr Kesselman and his team are able to create individualized treatment plans to assist with each patient's goals. Howard Kesselman, MD

  • Meet Dr. Kesselman

    Dr. Howard Kesselman received his degrees and training from Yale and Harvard Medical Schools.  He has affiliated and chief residencies as well as fellowships at Massachusetts General Hospital in Urgent and Critical Care Medicine  He developed an interest Aesthetic Medicine and further educated himself on medical anti aging modalities which he determined assisted in the promotion of overall wellness of his patients.  As a treating and supervising physician in the medical aesthetics industry,  he is forever grateful for the opportunity to empower and promote his patient's well-being through state of the art anti aging treatments 

Kathy Duong, RN, BSN

    With a keen eye for intricate details, Kathy is committed to delivering injectable treatments that accentuate natural beauty, empowering her patients to embrace their inner radiance from the core.


    Kathy graduated from Mount Wachusett Community College in 2016, where she earned her associate degree in nursing. Building on her foundation, she went on to earn her bachelor's degree in nursing from Southern New Hampshire University in 2019. She is currently in pursuit of her master's degree in nursing, working toward further professional development and specialization in her field to deliver the highest level of care to her patients.


    Since her graduation from nursing school in 2016, she has actively pursued her calling as a nurse injector and has risen to a prominent role as a key member of the team at Aesthetic Dose. She possesses a unique blend of artistry, genuine warmth, and unwavering medical professionalism. Her conviction lies in the significance of ongoing education to attain a profound understanding and solid foundation in facial anatomy and medical aesthetics.


    With a deep appreciation of  her humble origins, she remains committed to pursuing educational opportunities across the nation. "It feels like a higher calling, elevating confidence levels lift my spirit and I find deep satisfaction in forming connections with my patients while in the treatment room."


    She derives her motivation and passion from her mother, who serves as an inspiring role model and one of her earliest sources of inspiration.

    Fueled by her sincere aspiration to empower patients in attaining their ultimate sense of well-being and appearance Gaby brings a passionate commitment to her work. She assumes a pivotal role, making a significant impact at Aesthetic Dose.


    Gabby graduated from Montachusett Regional Tech in 2017. With a cumulative experience of four years in the nursing field, encompassing Acute Floor Management, Psychiatric Nursing, and Home Care, Gabby's true calling revealed itself within the field of Aesthetics after personally experiencing various treatments.


    Gabby is dedicated to the art of enhancing natural beauty and refining her techniques. Furthered through invaluable training experiences has allowed her to gain a better understanding of medical aesthetics. She is firmly dedicated to the idea that ongoing education is paramount for acquiring a deep understanding and strong groundwork in the domains of aesthetics, emphasizing the importance of lifelong learning in her professional journey. 

Amanda Lopes

Patient Care Coordinator + creative assistant

    Integrating her commitment to aiding others with a fascination for beauty and confidence, Amanda is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor's degree in Health Science, specializing in Public Health, earned from the University of Worcester State in 2022. In her academic journey, she conducted a research study titled "Stabilizing Mental Health: A Comparative Analysis of Job Performance Based on Self-Esteem." Her research findings emphasized the strong link between self-confidence and mental well-being. "It is a privilege to provide services to a community striving to enhance their self perception afterall, there is an intense and profound influence between how you feel about yourself and your capacity to excel across all facets of life. The adage holds true: when you look good, you often feel good"


    Amanda possesses a multifaceted skill set that encompasses roles as a Patient Care Coordinator and Creative Assistant. Notably, she excels in interpersonal communication and is proud to have trilingual abilities, with fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, allowing her to bridge linguistic gaps and connect with diverse audiences. As a first-generation American, Amanda has made a solemn commitment to leave a meaningful impact in every area she engages with. This commitment aligns seamlessly with her passion for beauty and personal enhancement, making the field of aesthetics a natural and fulfilling avenue for her to make a difference.


    At Aesthetic Dose, Amanda takes great pride in establishing a warm and inviting atmosphere where clients feel at ease discussing their aesthetic aspirations. She recognizes the profound impact that confidence can have on daily life and is unwavering in her dedication to assisting clients in attaining it. Amanda's dedication and expertise make her a valuable resource for individuals seeking to achieving their aesthetic goals.

  • What is your appointment policy?

    All services require a credit card on file to guarantee the reservation of your appointment. Please have a credit card ready when booking.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Your treatment time is reserved for you. However, we understand that you may have to occasionally cancel an appointment with us. We value your business and request that you respect the scheduling policies as outlined here.


    As a courtesy to our patients and staff, it is the policy of the Aesthetic Dose to give notice of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance by phone. Any cancellations given within less than 24 hours advanced notice are subject to the cancellation fee amounting to $100. Patients who miss their appointment without any prior notification will be charged in full of the scheduled service.
